Hormone consultation

An initial 45-minute consultation. This is a deep-dive consultation and hormone-focused session where we will address your concerns, symptoms and medical history. I will guide the session with questions to understand where you are and provide advice for areas to focus on. This is typically for more recent symptoms and conditions such as recent presentation of perimenopause or menopause related symptoms or if you specifically want to focus on one condition such as thyroid health, although everything is interlinked and further consultations may be needed. This can also be the initial consultation for GLP-1 medication

Specific testing is recommended including an in-depth blood test. Other testing may be discussed if indicated including gut testing, more in-depth nutrient testing, genetic testing.

A follow up consultation would then be needed to discuss results and make recommendations which may include BHRT, GLP-1 medication, thyroid medication and others and include lifestyle and nutrition advice and issuing of medication as well as hormonal treatments if needed.

If medications and /or supplements are prescribed ongoing follow-ups are needed usually at the 3 , 6 , 12 mark then ongoing. Prices for follow -ups range from £170-£220 depending on duration and stage of follow up. If several test results need to be discussed then we may need to have more than one session/an extended session.
